Frequently Asked Questions

I’m interested in gut health, but I want to explore all body systems — will this mentorship still be relevant to me?

Absolutely. While my private practice specialises in gut health, my teaching and supervision span across all body systems. We’ll take a functional medicine approach, looking at the bigger picture — digestive, immune, hormonal, neurological and more. The aim is to help you build confidence in working with diverse health concerns, not just the gut.

What topics will we cover?

Sessions focus on the real-world skills that make a difference in practice. We’ll explore the pathophysiology of different conditions, discuss diet, lifestyle and supplements, and dive into functional testing and how to interpret results. Case studies — whether your own or ones I bring — are central to the learning. Each session topic is guided by your collective input.

Who is this programme for?

This space is designed for nutritional therapy students and graduates who want to grow their skills, deepen their knowledge, and feel more confident with clients.

How does the session format work?

Each session lasts one hour and runs weekly on Tuesday evenings at 7pm (UK time). I usually open with a focused topic or case study, then we move into discussion and questions. The format is interactive and collaborative.

Can I submit my own cases for discussion?

Yes! Case discussions are at the heart of the programme, and sharing your own brings huge value for everyone.

Can I suggest topics or areas of interest for future sessions?

Definitely. Each month there’s a poll where you can vote on upcoming topics so the content always feels relevant.

Do I need to attend every session, or can I join as my schedule allows?

You can join in the way that works best for you. Some people come every week through the monthly membership, others drop in when their schedule allows. Both options are available.

How do I pay?

You can pay per session or choose the monthly membership, which offers a discounted rate. Payments are secure, renew automatically, and you can cancel anytime.

What if I’d prefer one-to-one support rather than group sessions?

That’s available too. If you’d like tailored guidance, you can book an individual supervision session. These sessions allow us to review your cases or test results in depth and work through your specific questions step by step.

How do I know if group or individual supervision is right for me?

It depends on what you’re looking for. Group sessions are great if you want ongoing mentorship, peer learning, and flexibility. Individual sessions are better if you have complex cases, need focused input, or simply prefer a more personal approach.

Can I combine group and individual supervision?

Yes. Many practitioners find value in joining the weekly group sessions for ongoing learning and peer discussion, while also booking one-to-one sessions when they want more focused guidance on specific cases or test results.

What if I have additional questions about the mentorship?

If you’d like to explore the group or individual options in more detail, you’re welcome to book a free Clarity Call and we’ll talk it through together.
